Lead time

Goods will be sent  on weekdays within about 72 hours. In the case of payment by transfer the sending time may be prolonged by the  time the money is paid into Pro-Filters account.

Availability of products

All offered products are available all the time.

Cost of delivery

The ordered goods are delivered by a courier company or Polish Mail. The information on the cost of delivery is displayed in the “basket” module offering a choice of ways of delivery.

Guarantee and service of our products

Our products come with  the manufacturer’s, an importer’s or a seller’s guarantee valid in Poland. Before sending back the product to make a complaint, please contact our company in order to get the  number of the lodged complaint.
